I used to look in the mirror and feel completely disconnected from the woman staring back at me. I wasn’t just insecure about my appearance—I was insecure about everything.

Growing up, I struggled with acne, yo-yo dieting, and a deep fear of being cheated on. I’d cake on makeup to the point where my own mom once told me it looked like I had dirt on my face. 😬

Heels at the grocery store? Check. Full glam just to leave the house? You bet. I was always asking others what I should wear, constantly giving my power away, and caring way too much about what people thought of me.

But the truth was, I didn’t know who I was or why I was here. And that lack of self-awareness and purpose seeped into every aspect of my life.

Spoiler alert: I felt stuck, lost, and out of alignment.

It wasn’t just about how I looked or how much makeup I wore—it was about my energy. I was needy, co-dependent, and living in a cycle of shame and fear.
